Jack Frost Classic Results!! Cory brings home 3rd Overall in first race of 2002!
The weather was in the low 40 degree range, it was cloudy and there was a bit of a chilly breeze, but the racin' on the track was rockin'! 119 motos had been posted by the time the race kicked off at 1:20pm. Cory's 6 Year Old Rookie class had a total of 12 racers from all over the Mid-Atlantic region. Cory looked stout in his first three motos with a solid 2nd place finish in all three rounds. Matthew Hallock from Connecticut was the 1st Place "rider to beat" in those first three motos. By the time the Main event started around 5:30pm, the class was narrowed to only eight racers left in the 6 Rookie class. The two riders to beat Cory in the Main were Justin Thompson from Connecticut, first place winner in the Main, and Joseph Ricevuto from New Jersey finishing second. The Pros that showed up for the Pro Open Money class also provided a great show for all of our local riders. Thanks to the NJ Commissioners and NJBMX for putting on a great race!
